Mkultra invites the audience to take part in the performance making process. The open process will evolve over the course of a week – including participatory workshops open to all, communal research, discussions, interactive routes and performative presentations. Our target is for the first time to open up the process of creation, research and presentation of a play/performance. Our starting points are sound archives, transmittion of ghosts, half forgotten traditions, performers from 10 to 70, the best cake recipe in the world and an invitation to you to be part of the process. Celebrations will try to raise the ghosts of the last half century and discover how did we get here and what is left to celebrate.
